These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trawi mobile applications and related services. By using Trawi, you agree to these Terms.
App-only ordering
Orders are accepted only through our iOS and Android apps. We do not accept web orders.
1) Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws to use Trawi.
2) Account & security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3) Orders, pricing & availability
- Product availability can change based on season and supply.
- Prices and delivery fees are shown in the app at checkout and may change.
- Images are illustrative; natural variation in produce is expected.
4) Delivery
- Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
- You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive the order.
- Unsuccessful deliveries may be rescheduled or canceled per policy.
5) Quality, refunds & replacements
We focus only on fresh fruits and vegetables. If you receive items that do not meet expectations, you can request a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
6) Payments
- Payments may be processed through third-party gateways.
- Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
- Promotions and coupons are subject to eligibility and may expire.
7) Prohibited activities
- Misuse of the service, fraud, or abuse of refund systems
- Attempting to access or disrupt systems or other users’ accounts
- Using Trawi in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
8) Intellectual property
All content, branding, designs, and software are owned by Trawi or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
9) Disclaimers
Trawi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trawi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
